Eduardo J. Infante is the President of Incofoods. During his long career in the seafood business he has been involved in all kind of managerial positions and founded several companies in the freezing, canning and trading sectors. He has served as member of the board of the National Fishery Society of Chile (Sonapesca), Chairman of the Association of the Fishing Industry of the X and XI Reagions and is a member of the Groundfish Council.
